Product Description
The program-controlled electrical system consists of safety logic control and fault diagnosis systems. It is provided with PLC and I/O device. The touch screen of the human-machine interface helps to realize real-time parameter setting in the system, suitable for a variety of products.
The hydraulic system is all composed of imported components. The highly dynamic, high cost performance combination valve is able to regulate pressure or flow in a stepless way upon different requirement on the control, controlling action of key components in high precision.
The body adopts high strength section material and castings. The special welding techniques and manufacturing process has guaranteed fine rigidity and resistance against vibration and long useful life.
The machine takes advantage of lpressure compacting under mold''s resonance. The advanced hydraulic vibration technique and the reciprocating guided feeding device ensures even, quick feed of material. The shaping cycle is reduced, whereas the block unit features high density, strength and accuracy in dimension.
The latest technology of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integration makes every woking cycle more consistent in equipment operation, guaranteeing high stability and low rejection ratio for molded products.
The multipurpose frame allows perforated brick, building block, sod unit, anchoring brick and other cement products of various specifications by replacing the molds. The lining device makes available colored road tiles and so on.
